Our purpose
We believe fantasy becomes richer when its sources, methods, and boundaries are visible. Each gallery begins with a made object, follows its materials, and adds fiction without presenting that fiction as anthropology.
Institutional note
A museum for invented histories.
Ember Chorus is an independent Canadian digital exhibition project. We use the visual language of museums to make original fantasy objects legible, while clearly separating invention from historical fact.
Our promise
No exhibit is attributed to a living or historical culture. There are no offers, wagers, prizes, or gambling services here. The museum is an editorial, educational, and imaginative experience.
How the archive is made
Objects begin as visual studies: shapes, surfaces, light behaviour, and spatial relationships. Curatorial copy then proposes an invented provenance. A final review removes claims that could be confused with real-world history and adds a visible fiction label.
Editorial independence
Ember Chorus does not accept payment for object placement or favourable interpretation. If a future partnership supports a gallery, it will be disclosed directly beside that work.
